The play revolves around a director, who is invited to stage Hamlet, and an actor; exploring the ups and downs of their working relationship. It begins with a calm and simple introduction, followed by efforts to reveal the non-existent through various methods, finally delving into the desire to do/tell, that becomes an atrocity. Some can only exist through death… or maybe, if you lack a sense of identity, you are bound to become a puppet. Fundamentally, it’s a question of merit… To face the fact that the right people are not in the right places… To ask, “What is talent?”… The actor, who was “discovered”, realises too late that they are only a cog in an inherently broken system… The director kills in order to resurrect… Confessions! When do actions amount to anything?

A reality TV movie director finds a failing Greek island taverna location to film his new Netflix show, “Teamwork Makes the Dream Work”. A business team will shortly arrive. Their challenge is to put together a Musical inspired from Mamma Mia. Things start to go wrong and it’s down to the staff of the taverna and Yia Yia, to pull through. Guest appearances from Danny Zuko from Grease and Zorba the Greek!

Η Αris Pro, σε συνεργασία με το Σατιρικό Θέατρο, παρουσιάζει την ξεκαρδιστική κωμωδία του Ray Cooney «Κοίτα ποιος ήρθε!» σε σκηνοθεσία Μαριάννας Καυκαρίδου.
Στο «Κοίτα ποιος ήρθε!» η φάρσα βρίσκει την πιο σπαρταριστή εκδοχή της, σατιρίζοντας μέσα από ψέματα, παραπλανήσεις, και απροσδόκητα συμβάντα τις ανθρώπινες αδυναμίες και πάθη. Η καταιγιστική δράση, οι απανωτές εκπλήξεις, παρεξηγήσεις και ανατροπές αλλά και οι άκρως απολαυστικοί χαρακτήρες του έργου, συνθέτουν ένα «εκρηκτικό» σκηνικό που θα προσφέρει άφθονο γέλιο.

События «Одиссеи», наиболее богатого событиями сюжета мировой литературы, представлены с двух разных точек зрения – глазами Одиссея и его сына Телемаха. Троянская война, волшебница Кирка, остров Циклопов, Сцилла и Харибда, остров бога Гелиоса, возвращение на Итаку… Эту захватывающую и стремительно развивающуюся историю разыгрывают два актера. Белые бочки на белой сцене превращаются в бушующие волны, скалы и острова. Стилизованные фигуры персонажей древнегреческого эпоса переносят нас в фантастический мир героев Гомера.

Tatiana Stupak will perform a piano solo recital “From Baroque to
Romanticism” inside Kolossi Castle, in the evening ofSaturday, 20th April 2024.
The event will begin in the garden of the castle at 7.30 p.m., where welcome drinks
will be available, which are included in the ticket price.
Guests then go up the stairs to the first floor main entrance of the castle.
The first room will be red-carpeted, and will be beautifully illuminated by candlelight.
Here, there will be an art exhibition by the Cyprus-based artist, Anna Privaloff.
In the second room, will be a stage with the piano, and 120 soft comfortable chairs.
The recital will start at 8 p.m. and will continue until 9 p.m., without a break. IT’s will be live grand piano sound without microphones.
The music programme will consist mostly of well-known works, by composers
including Bach, Beethoven, Chopin and Liszt.
The seating is limited to 120
The castle is located 14 kilometres west of Limassol, at Kolossi Village.
